Like putting together the pieces of a puzzle, combining these descriptions provides a blueprint for building a happy, fulfilling, and lasting union.

In addition to my 40+ years of professional counseling experience, I have been a speaker at many family camps, couples’ retreats, college and chaplain’s conferences. For a number of years, together with a medical colleague of mine, I have conducted Depression seminars throughout the Northwest, including one in Wisconsin at a consortium focusing on depression and opiod addiction, which was videotaped and subsequently disseminated among the hospitals and addiction clinics in the region. I live with my wife, Sue, and I have two married adult children and five grandchildren. In my leisure time, I enjoy European travel, photography, hiking, deep conversations with friends, and, of course, reading good books.
